Article 1 – Definitions

  • Cooling-off period: The 14-day period in which the consumer can cancel their purchase without providing a reason.

  • Entrepreneur: HikeHaven, offering travel backpacks and hiking tools online.

  • Right of withdrawal: The consumer’s right to cancel their purchase within the cooling-off period.

Article 2 – Applicability

  • These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, purchases, and contracts made via the HikeHaven website. By making a purchase, the consumer agrees to these terms.

  • In the event of conflicting terms, the most favorable condition for the consumer will apply.

Article 6 – Right of Cancellation

    • The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Article 7 – Return Costs & Refunds

  • All agreements and disputes shall be governed by the laws of the USA, unless mandatory consumer laws stipulate otherwise.
